There are three easy ways to place an order:
1. Online: Anyone can purchase through our online store. Existing customers can log directly into “My Account” section where they will have access to their details, as well as to information regarding past order history
2. Via Phone: Simply call us on (02) 9587 0438 to speak with sales staff directly
3. Via Email: For any product enquiries, quote requests, or purchase orders, send the team an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Order Process
A Sales Order Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of order. Please read this document carefully to ensure all the information is correct.
In the event of freight quotes or excess delivery fees we will follow up directly to advise the options available. Upon your acceptance of this quotation, we will continue to process the order.
Whilst we aim for a 48 hour turn around, there may be rare occasions where a product you have ordered is not available in the warehouse. In such cases we will contact you with an estimate of the availability date as well as provide suitable replacement options or refund of the items.
Once items are shipped we will send you a tracking confirmation email.
